The Menu

The menu has been curated by Indonesian Legendary Chef and President of Indonesia Chef Association, Mr Henry Alexie Bloem, who has sourced the nation’s best recipes on his extensive travels. Manisan offers discerning guests an authentic dining experience featuring home-style dishes cooked with integrity with flavours from around the archipelago. An artisan afternoon tea and a Chefs Table serving a tasting menu are just some of the highlights of this signature venue. Open daily for lunch and dinner from 11am – 11pm with weekly Themed Night Dinner accompanied by Live Legong and Barong Performance every Thursday and Sunday.
