‘A Celebration of East Meets West Flavours’ promises a high-end wining and dining experience featuring a four-course menu selection with parings by Two Island Wines.

Guests can choose delicious dishes such as Gambas Aloijo or Indian Murgh Curry, which both go exceptionally well with a glass of Two Island’s Riesling. Other items on the menu like BBQ Pork Ribs or Beef Bulgogi come paired with a glass of Two Island’s Pinot Noir. This promotion was conceptualised by Ganesha Pandeksha, Executive Chef at Manisan and Petani Restaurant at Alaya Resort Ubud.
