Based on Alaya Resort Ubud’s commitment in delivering an exceptional experience and as a leading luxury resort in its own segment, a series of improvements took place including repairing the thatched rooftops covering various areas around the resort, installing the latest technology with an integrated in room entertainment system – netify, that allows the hotel to deliver high-quality media content across internet protocol networks through one platform. Giving the freedom to publish content once and synchronize it right to our guestrooms or on screens throughout the property. Sustainability wise, Alaya Resort Ubud purchased the 1st hybrid car that releases fewer emissions, which improves the air quality and keeps the environment cleaner. A car like this can emit 46% less greenhouse gas than traditional gas-powered vehicles.
16th January 2023, a small yet meaningful celebration was on held together with a blood donation collecting 38 bags within 2 hours. Closing the day with a religious talk session and sharing the traditional “nasi tumpeng” within the entire team.
During this occasion the General Manager of Alaya Resort Ubud – Ms. Dewi Mas CHA, CHT personally thanked the entire team for the ongoing efforts and dedication in delivering heartfelt hospitality towards our valued customers, partners and also community. She mentioned that at the age of ten, only good things are expected to happen to Alaya Resort Ubud.
