The Ubud Hotels Association (UHA) recently celebrated its 13th anniversary with a series of events including the Ubud Chef Competition on 9 December 2017. A total of 30 respected Ubud chefs were invited to participate and demonstrate their culinary expertise by preparing a dish inspired by local ingredients. We are delighted to announce that the chef from Petani Restaurant was declared first runner-up winner for his innovative offering in the Balinese food category. Well done and keep up the great work!
